jwhittaker@post-journal.com Both Assemblyman Andrew Goodell and state Sen. George Borrello have a serious case of sticker shock over the 2020-21 New York state budget. The budget, approved in the early morning hours Wednesday, totals $212 billion, a roughly 9% increase from 2020-21, and increases state-only spending by 3.8%.
