Mar 17, 2021 A couple has been saved from their pickup truck that was left dangling off a bridge in what Idaho State Police Troopers describe as a “heroic rescue.” Authorities report the driver of the pickup pulling a 30-foot camp trailer lost control, swerving across the road before knocking out a guard rail and driving off the bridge on Interstate 84 near Twin Falls. When a trooper arrived, the truck was hanging by a safety chain connected to the trailer and it was about 80 to 100 feet above the bottom of the gorge.
