Good deeds not enough to keep former Sullivan car dealer out of prison
U.S. District Judge Philip M. Halpern ordered former Sullivan County car dealer Howard Braunstein to pay $355,638 in restitution to the U.S. Small Business Administration and to forfeit $350,000 to the government, Nov. 30 in federal court, White Plains, for PPP fraud.
