Getting money from them, or some kind of scam, but never have i ever heard from a city. Reporter we found out today the city of titusville is still checking records to determine an exact dollar figure for the theft. But the city has Liability Insurance which should cover the losses sustained after a deductible is met. Minimizing the loss to taxpayers. I would like them to get to the bottom of it, to find out what was going on. Reporter and were told that insurance deductible is roughly 2500.
