Calls, nearly half of all the calls recorded for all 3 haulers. It looks like they have the biggest problem. I havent looked to see thats thats true. Reporter other haulers protested the contracting, saying the company underbid for the job. It makes you wonder how these contracts are given out. Reporter a representative for fcc says they have the most customers and the most improvements since service started. I guess if they had the most calls, work order, you would assume they provided the Worst Service but maybe they just needed some help in Getting Started and their customers might have nee...
