A Massachusetts tourist was stabbed twice by a diner seated at an adjacent table after a dispute over rude behavior in a Midtown restaurant, according to authorities.
The 24-year-old victim's lung was punctured after the stabbing incident, prosecutors said in a Manhattan court.
