Shoppingtown Mall Sale Approved By Bankruptcy Judge
Dec 15, 2020 A judge has formally approved the sale of Shoppingtown Mall to Onondaga County. The decision was made in the owners' first appearance in bankruptcy court Monday. Judge Carlotta Bohm said in a statement that the sale of the property would be beneficial for all parties involved. A deal was reached earlier this year to sell the property between the county, the town of DeWitt, and the Jamesville-DeWitt School District.
