• IMG 0953 – Two horses hang out at fence-line of Henderson Barn on River Lot 5, Shaftesbury Trail, a short distance west of Shaftesbury Ferry. Carm Ellis, in Barns of the North Peace, writes the land reverted to the Crown to become entitled land. It changed hands several times and was bought by Jack (John) Henderson circa. 1938. “It is said that the log work was done by Harry (The Swede) Anderson in 1941 or 1942.” Ellis notes: “At the time, the Dunvegan Trail passed between Indian Reserve 151G and River Lot 5.” Photo by SUPPLIED ....
