LAKOTA, N.D. — After eight months, one Lakota couple is still looking to hold each other.
Bob and Carmen Vasichek have been longtime lovebirds. Bob, who has been living with Parkinson's for years, lives at the Good Samaritan Society in Lakota. But like all nursing homes around the region, quarantines, lock-downs at area nursing homes have prevented Bob and Carmen from seeing each other except through a window.
