But two incumbents, Bruce Masterman and Michael Nychyk, are seeking another term.
The municipal election takes place Oct. 18.
Councillor Don Moore
Councillor Don Moore, the veteran of the group with 14 years of experience, is not seeking re-election this fall.
He said he joined because he wanted to make the community a better place.
High River sure has changed in 14 years, says Moore. He’s seen dramatic infrastructure upgrades, flooding, population growth of around 4,000 people, and so much more.
