Tesla doesn’t have very many employees in Sweden, but it faces a growing headache there. Around 130 Tesla mechanics have opted to join IF Metall, a union that represents workers in the country’s automotive sector. Tesla’s Swedish subsidiary, TM Sweden, has refused to sign onto a customary collective bargaining agreement with IF Metall. In response, mechanics represented by the union walked off the job at the end of last month. Around 470 IF Metall mechanics who service Teslas across the country
