Regular session, April 26 KEY ACTION The Green Local Schools Board of Education approved administrative changes for the 2021-2022 school year. KEY DISCUSSION The middle school and high school assistant principal, Amanda Framstad, resigned as of the end of the year, but will fill a different role when the new school year begins in the fall. Framstad will return as a part-time curriculum director, while Lindsey Welch, who has been serving as director of curriculum and special education, will take on the separate special education position. This (change) opened up the assistant principal s job, said Superintendent Dean Frank. The board also hired a guidance counselor, Katy Smith, for Green Elementary School. She is a licensed counselor who has been an elementary school teacher in Wooster for the prior seven years, said Frank.
