Chico volleyball finishes tournament play at La Jolla Classic | Local roundup
The Chico High volleyball team flew out to its last tournament of the season to attend the La Jolla Coastal Classic on Friday and Saturday in San Diego. Friday the Panthers beat Ramona and Horizon Prep, before falling to the No. 7 team in San Diego, Eastlake. The Panthers advanced to the silver bracket and lost to No. 15 ranked team in San Diego, Sage Creek, before defeating No. 18 Grant Hills.
