Wisconsin company acquires former Russell Athletics Wetumpka complex Updated Dec 15, 2020; A 102 acre industrial building formerly home to Russell Athletic has been acquired by a Wisconsin-based commercial real estate firm. Phoenix Investors of Milwaukee has acquired an 891,000 square foot Class A industrial facility on Elmore Road in Wetumpka for an undisclosed amount.
