A month after a man was killed in a Downtown Roanoke assault, the suspect has been arrested and charged. Now, the victim’s friends are sharing what they think of the new development in the case.
According to court documents, Paul Wortham was taken off of life support at the hospital at 6 p.m. on July 13, a day before his 66th birthday.
