Speech is free, but it is a freedom that comes with responsibility. And responsible speech is not just something that does not contain abuse, defamation or incitement to violence. Ahmedabad: A Dalit man was allegedly attacked by 11 people for sporting a long moustache in Viramgam taluka, Ahmedabad. Three people have been arrested so far in the incident, police said on Monday.
In his complaint, Suresh Vaghela (22), who belongs to a Scheduled Caste community, said that 11 members of an Other Backward Classes (OBC) group attacked him for sporting a mustache, said deputy superintendent of police D.S. Vyas. ....
