Neighbors in the city's Brookline neighborhood were left with a mess after a stolen Bobcat construction vehicle caused significant damage to a number of cars and properties along Fordham Avenue.

Matthew Harrison, 43, is accused of attacking a mail carrier with a baseball bat before barricading himself inside a Pittsburgh home.

The motive for the attack is unknown, police say.
