A former bus driver for the Francis Howell School District is being investigated by the St. Charles County Cyber Crime Task Force for possible unlawful contact with minors.
The St. Charles County Police Dept. said they are investigating Robert W. Stillwell for "possible unlawful contact with minors." He's facing more than 20 charges.
Police alerted parents of the man's bus routes "out of an abundance of caution," Cpl. Barry Bayles said.
