A manufacturing consortium has been announced in Fayette County. Fay-Penn Economic Development Council, in conjunction with the Fayette Chamber of Commerce, Connellsville Area Chamber of Commerce and the Mon Valley Alliance, announced the launch of the Fayette Manufacturing Consortium.
