DES MOINES, IOWA (May 5, 2023) — Disability Rights Iowa will host an in-person panel presentation in Iowa City on Assistance Animals for Mental Health. In person satellite viewings of this panel conversation will take place in Des Moines, Ottumwa, Cedar Rapids and Chariton. The panel conversation will be also live-streamed.
Director of the University of Kansas ADA Resource Center for Equity and Accessibility, Catherine E. Johnson, stepped down from her position, according to an email sent to community members Thursday. The search for a new director will begin this week.
