Warren, Pa.–Tammy Rae Newhouse Buck, 62, of Warren, PA and form-erly of Ashville, N.Y., passed away on Friday, Jan. 8, 2021 at the Warren Manor Nursing Home in Warren, Pa. following a lengthy battle with Multiple Sclerosis.
She was born Dec. 8, 1958 in Corry, Pa., the daughter of the late Bernard Newhouse and Phyllis TeWinkle Hanson.
Tammy was a graduate of Chautauqua Central School, class of 1975, and then attended Fredonia State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. She then moved to Arizona where she worked in Child Protec-tive Services until moving back to Jamestown, N.Y. in the early 2000s. Tammy was also a member of the Open Meadows United Methodist Church in Ash-ville, N.Y. ....
