Cauthorn was recognized by the Ohio Prosecuting Attorney’s Association as the state’s “Outstanding Assistant Prosecuting Attorney” for 2020. But colleagues within the Washignton County offices of the court and law enforcement said Wednesday the recognition should be more than just for last year. “She’s earned this, it’s really a lifetime of service,” said Washington County Prosecutor Nicole Coil.
