The Asian Development Bank (ADB) appoints Pavit Ramachandran as country director for the Philippines. Ramachandran succeeds Kelly Bird, who served in the Philippines as country director from 2018. Prior to his appointment, Ramachandran was country director for Mongolia where he oversaw the preparation.
