NEW BEDFORD Marine Hydraulics and Nordic Fisheries are suing the New Bedford Port Authority and City of New Bedford for allegedly breaching a 99-year lease contract and misleading the companies regarding the North Terminal expansion project. Nordic Fisheries bought Marine Hydraulics assets and lease in 2015. Both companies filed the lawsuit on Jan. 27 in Bristol County Superior Court. Who are the companies suing New Bedford?
