EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL May 13, 2021 Effingham Police arrested 29 year old Tomas Canfield of Effingham for aggravated battery to a police officer (x4), flee/elude police officers, disorderly conduct, leaving the scene with vehicle damage (x3), criminal damage to state supply property (x2), reckless driving, improper lane usage, drive on sidewalk, illegal use of cell/text, unnecessary use of horn disposition.
