Mashatile delighted by Flagstaff artist's portrait
An Eastern Cape artist caught his big break after his portrait of Paul Mashatile was handed to the deputy president last week. Mashatile is the most high-profile person Langa, of Flagstaff, has had the opportunity to paint.
