At the time of really difficult transition and challenges for our country, we cant afford as a society or economy frankly to leave any of our young people behind. Estimates show that somewhere, as many as 5 million young people between the ages of 16 to 24 in the United States are currently not enrolled in an Educational Program or participating in the work force.
