5 new campus spaces for student thriving, wellness
Carefully designed physical spaces can help students thrive in their academic and co-curricular experiences. Recent additions to five colleges and universities offer ideas to adopt or adapt. Improving campus spaces can benefit students in their overall engagement, assist in their well-being or promote belonging. A December 2022 Student Voice survey from Inside Higher Ed and College Pulse found two-thirds of students factor facilities at least somewhat into their college decisions.
