Alton Police Chief Marcos Pulido said the person is in stable condition. No additional information was available Friday morning. At about 8:13 a.m. Wednesday, Alton Police were notified of a person pacing back and forth on the ledge of the Clark Bridge, according to Alton Police Chief Marcos Pulido. Police arrived to see a person sitting on the outer ledge of the middle portion of the bridge. ....
