“We are planning to lease out 10,000 sq feet of land to PSU oil marketing companies. These are vacant land adjacent to depots or other assets owned by KSRTC. The PSUs will provide a monthly licensing fee. The contract period will be for 10 years,” said a senior KSRTC official.
