Weeks of preparation to develop knowledge and skills in several agriculture areas culminated with approximately 1,800 high school students competing in the Missouri FFA Central District competition March 28 at the University of Central Missouri.
The Missouri FFA Association named Brad Driskill, of Chilhowee, an Honorary State FFA Degree recipient at the 93rd Missouri FFA Convention.
Driskill is agriculture program coordinator for State Fair Community College, Sedaila. He was a member of the Skyline FFA Chapter, and served as chapter president and an area officer.
Driskill assists the Central district career development events. He also hosts leadership conferences and Central District Agriculture Teachers Association meetings. In addition, Driskill serves on advisory committees and helps with chapter fundraisers.
The Missouri FFA Association recognizes Honorary State FFA Degree recipients for their valuable efforts and contributions to the FFA organization and its members.
