The DOH-CVHD said test results can be considered falsified or tampered if one of the following occurs: one that is presented but no actual testing was conducted; the report reflects the name of another person different from the actual presenter; when the testing center is not licensed nor accredited to perform RT-PCR; when the signatories are not from the testing center; when the details provided is false such as incorrect address, or contact details to evade monitoring and isolation. ....
SunStar + February 21, 2021 THE Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth) 7 paid P763,266 for 34 approved Covid-19 Community Isolation Benefit Package (CCIBP) claims in Cebu. Dina Cinchez, PhilHealth 7 public relations officer, said that as of Feb. 11, 2021, PhilHealth 7 received 845 CCIBP claims in the region. A total of 800 claims were from Community Isolation Units (CIUs), or Department of Health (DOH)-certified public or private non-hospital facilities that serve as quarantine facilities for coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) patients in Cebu. Cinchez said 221 claims were returned because of lack of documentary requirements, while 58 were denied. The rest are being processed. The CCIBP of the state health insurer replaced its Hospital Isolation Package on May 11, 2020. ....

These CIUs are also accredited by PhilHealth and are eligible to provide PhilHealth’s Covid-19 Community Isolation Benefit Package (CCIBP) to Covid-19 cases. Provincial IATF Ground Commander Dr. Liland Estacion on Monday said the patient is a 46-year-old frontliner working at the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office of Guihulngan City. Estacion added the patient was symptomatic after testing positive last January 25 and has been admitted in a government isolation facility. He was initially infected on October 30 last year during the transport of a COVID-19 patient from Guihulngan to Dumaguete City. He recovered days after and returned to work after finishing his required isolation. Estacion explained that when a person is infected with COVID-19, the body will develop antibodies which can only last for at least three months, and might get infected again. ....
