Celebrated Playwright Cesi Davidson to Host Staged Reading at St. George Village Botanical Garden
Davidson’s words and Troy’s performance on May 13 will unify the triumph of emancipation across the African diaspora with the premiere of “Miss Grier Rises.” Dr. Eliza Ann Grier became the first Black woman to become licensed to practice medicine in the state of Georgia in 1898.
