Mille Lacs County dispatchers received a 911 call at 7:46 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 24, to Cemstone Products, 1515 410th St., Isle, of a person trapped in a gravel wash plant.
The incident remains under investigation by local and federal workplace safety authorities.
