MADISON, Wis. -- A total of 236 people received tickets for traffic violations as part of a county-wide effort to crack down on impaired driving in December.
SPD K-9 Ole’s End of Watch was announced in a Facebook post Wednesday by the department.
The Wisconsin State Patrol, Dane County Sheriff’s Office and all Dane County police departments implemented the “Drive Sober, Get Pulled Over” campaign on Dec. 15 and 29.
Wednesday will be a day to keep it between the lines and around the speed limits on Dane County roads.
