STATE OF NORTH DAKOTA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION Northern States Power Company Case No. PU-22-410 Advance Prudence – 150 MW PPA for MinnDakota Wind Application NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY FOR HEARING On November 18, 2022, Northern States Power Company (NSP) filed an application for Advanced Determination of Prudence for a 41-month extension of the existing 150 MW Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for the output of the MinnDakota Wind facility, extending the PPA through May 31, 2026. NSP believes approval of the PPA extension will help assure the continued operation of the MinnDakota Wind Facility at a cost-effective price providing a short-term hedge against market volatility benefitting North Dakota customers. The issues to be considered in this proceeding are: 1. Whether NSP’s proposed resource addition is prudent. 2. CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) Wyoming state Sen. Anthony Bouchard has disclosed that he impregnated a 14-year-old girl when he was 18. The Republican from Cheyenne describes the relationship as “like the Romeo and Juliet” story and says it is now coming to light because of “dirty politics.” Bouchard confirmed the girl’s age to the Casper Star-Tribune. He says they got married when she was 15 and he was 19, but divorced after three years and she killed herself when she was 20. Bouchard is among at least eight Republicans running against U.S. Rep.
