There were several sentenced handed out in Wayne County Court on Tuesday. 58 year old Brian F. Fitzhugh of Cisne and 38-year-old Chance Young of Fairfield are currently serving time in the Illinois Department of Corrections on different offenses. She was born January 20, 1947, in Salem, the daughter of Merle Edwin and Cubalene (Hagen) Krutsinger. Judy attended Oskaloosa Grade School and Flora High School. She had worked at North American Lighting in the past, was a caregiver, and owned and operated the plant shop Judy's Jungle. She truly loved growing plants, flowers, and trees.
