Jun 28, 2021, 06:56 IST ఐదుగురితో మంత్రి వర్గం కొత్త మంత్రుల ప్రమాణ స్వీకారం దూరంగా డీఎంకే సాక్షి, చెన్నై: పుదుచ్చేరిలో 55 రోజుల అనంతరం ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఎన్‌.రంగస్వామి నేతృత్వంలోని మంత్రి వర్గం కొలువుదీరింది. ఐదుగురు మంత్రులు ఆదివారం ప్రమాణ స్వీకారం చేశారు. వీరితో లెఫ్టినెంట్‌ గవర్నర్‌ తమిళిసై సౌందరరాజన్‌ ప్రమాణ స్వీకారం చేయించారు. 40 ఏళ్ల అనంతరం ఓ మహిళ మంత్రి పగ్గాలు చేపట్టారు. పుదుచ్చేరిలో బీజేపీతో కలిసి ఎన్‌ఆర్‌ కాంగ్రెస్‌ అధినేత, సీఎం రంగస్వామి ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. ఆయన కరోనా బారిన పడడం, ఆ తదుపరి పరిణామాలతో కొత్త కేబినెట్‌ కొలువులో జాప్యం నెలకొంది. బీజేపీతో చర్చలు ఫలించడంతో మంత్రులు ప్రమాణ స్వీకారం చేశారు. నిరాడంబరంగా ప్రమాణ స్వీకారం రాజ్‌ నివాస్‌ ఆవరణలో ఆదివారం మధ్యాహ్నం 2.30 గంటలకు మంత్రుల ప్రమాణ స్వీకారోత్సవం జరిగింది. తొలుత బీజేపీ రాష్ట్ర అధ్యక్షుడు, ఎమ్మెల్యే నమశ్శివాయంతో ఎల్జీ తమిళిసై సౌందరరాజన్‌ ప్రమాణ స్వీకారం చేయించారు. అనంతరం ఎన్‌ఆర్‌ కాంగ్రెస్‌ నేత లక్ష్మీనారాయణన్, బీజేపీ ఎమ్మెల్యే సాయి శరవణన్‌ కుమార్‌కు, ఎన్‌ఆర్‌ కాంగ్రెస్‌కు చెందిన తేని జయకుమార్, చంద్ర ప్రియాంక మంత్రులుగా ప్రమాణ స్వీకారం చేశారు. కరోనా నిబంధనలకు అనుగుణంగా కార్యక్రమం అరగంటలో ముగించారు. దీన్ని డీఎంకే బహిష్కరించింది. మంత్రి పదవి ఆశించి భంగపడిన బీజేపీ ఎమ్మెల్యే జాన్‌ కుమార్‌ ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి హాజరుకావడం విశేషం. 1980–1983లో కాంగ్రెస్‌ డీఎంకే కూటమి మంత్రివర్గంలో డీఎంకేకు చెందిన రేణుకా అప్పాదురై మంత్రిగా పనిచేశారు. తర్వాత 40 ఏళ్లకు మహిళా మంత్రిగా చంద్ర ప్రియాంక పగ్గాలు చేపట్టారు. ఆమె కారైక్కాల్‌ ప్రాంతీయం నుంచి నెడుంగాడు రిజర్వుడు స్థానంలో ఎన్‌ఆర్‌ కాంగ్రెస్‌ అభ్యర్థిగా గెలిచారు. విద్యావంతురాలైన చంద్రప్రియాంక మాజీ మంత్రి చంద్రకాశి కుమార్తె కావడం గమనార్హం. కాగా కేంద్రాన్ని డీఎంకే సర్కారు యూనియన్‌ ప్రభుత్వం (ఒండ్రియ అరసు) అని పిలుస్తూ వస్తున్న విషయం తెలిసిందే. తాజాగా పుదుచ్చేరిలో ప్రమాణ స్వీకార సమయంలో ఎల్జీ అదే పదాన్ని ఉపయోగించే రీతిలో ఇండియా ఒండ్రియం (భారత యూనియన్‌) పరిధిలోని పుదుచ్చేరి అని మంత్రులతో ప్రమాణ స్వీకారం చేయించడం గమనించదగ్గ విషయం.
