Ainsi, j avais suggéré en 2017, soit deux ans même avant le début de la pandémie de la Covid-19, dans une interview accordée au Cridem et reprise sur Mauriactu de créer un MINISTÈRE DU CHANGEMENT DE COMPORTEMENT.
Si cette idée avait été mise en oeuvre par le Pouvoir de l époque , cela aurait aidé à freiner l épidémie de la Covid-19 dans notre pays quand celle-ci fut venue en mars 2020 pour se poursuivre jusqu à présent (nous sommes en juillet 2021), voire s enhardir ces derniers jours sous l effet d une troisième vague battant pavillon Delta (en référence au nouvau variant du virus). ....
