New Mexico Gov. signs two bills for LGBTQ rights legislation

SANTA FE, N.M. (KAMR/KCIT) — Officials with the office of New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham announced on Friday that she signed House Bill 31 the "Name Change Modernization Act", and House Bill 207 the "Human Rights Act Expansion."
