Balcones Heights PD adds full-time chaplain, therapist to prioritize mental health
BALCONES HEIGHTS - – When officers are mentally and emotionally well, they will perform better on duty. That’s the viewpoint of the Balcones Heights police chief, who in the last several months brought a full-time volunteer chaplain and mental health specialist to the team.
