Antalis has acquired a portfolio of Arjowiggins brands including Conqueror, Curious Collection, Keaykolour, and Pop’Set.

Arjowiggins has launched a new “revolutionary” translucent paper-based barrier material that outperforms the preservation properties of plastic in food packaging and is fully recyclable.

The team searching for a buyer for Stoneywood paper mill say the site is being given "maximum exposure" as they warned operations could wind down.

Administrators at Arjowiggins have said there is “potential interest” in its business and assets, but in the absence of offers for the two mill sites as manufacturing facilities they are continuing to wind down operations.

UK paper making has been dealt a further blow after Arjowiggins Group’s UK operations – including the historic mills at Stoneywood and Chartham – were placed into administration after the business became unsustainable in the face of spiralling costs for energy and raw materials.
