Rebecca Kowalski could barely finish a 5K road race in memory of her son Chase and the other Sandy Hook victims in the spring of 2013. But when someone called her out for asking the kids to be triathletes when she was not, she decided to become one. Now 10 years after the tragedy, the Kowalski family continues to help heal the community through the Race 4 Chase foundation.
