FRANCONIA – A compressed freshman season in 2021 due to COVID-19 left Pennridge wrestling’s Sam Kuhns uncertain of what it would take to reach 100 career victories. “I only had like 15 wins after my freshman year so I didn’t know how many you’re supposed to get in a normal year,” Kuhns said. “So I wasn’t really sure.” Back-to-back 30-plus win seasons the next two years then 16 victories in December put Kuhns on the doorstep of the century mark Wednesday night as the Rams began January with an SOL Colonial Division dual meet against host Souderton.
