Division number 1 police booked a group of residents for allegedly abusing and thrashing three PSPCL employees in Ludhiana. The incident occurred at the PSPCL office in Chaura Bazar during a complaint about a power cut. Case registered under sections 341, 323, 506, and 34 of the IPC.
