u.s. >> todd: jonathan lines on the ground in yuma, arizona, but we begin with caroline shivley. >> we are here at gate 40 along the border wall in el paso. it is hard to get a sense in the dark, we are on this side of the border. on the other side are migrants, take a look at what it looks like in the daytime. migrants huddled together just wai waiting begging to be let in. the 2000-mile border, has set up a tent city, some waiting near checkpoints. 10,000 migrants were caught trying to sneak over the border tuesday alone. these are children being swept away on the rio grande river....
