M.M. Cloutier Special to the Daily News Feeding South Florida has launched two new training programs, including one created by a nationally acclaimed chef with Palm Beach ties. Inaugural sessions for the Culinary Training Program and Warehouse Training Program now are underway at the hunger-relief organization’s Boynton Beach facility.
