Jazz Moralez has been appointed as the Beverage Manager at the reimagined Finch & Fork at the iconic Kimpton Canary Hotel in Santa Barbara. A fifth generation Santa Barbara native and restaurant industry veteran for over 10 years, Moralez holds a Level 1 Sommelier Court of Masters Sommeliers Certification.
