MURFREESBORO, TN – Police officers responded to a call at Chelsea Place Apartments in Murfreesboro that was in regards to an explosive device. Once on the scene, police spoke to a man who told officers he was looking through his grandfather’s belongings when he located what looked to be a hand grenade.
