3 months ago in Local Jerry Oster Photo: WNAX The Yankton County Commission reorganized at their first meeting of the year Tuesday night, swearing in re-elected Commissioner Don Kettering and newly elected Commissioner Wanda Howey-Fox. The Commission also reelected Cheri Loest as Chair and Joe Healy as Vice-Chair. Loest then picked up on a discussion of possibly changing the start time of their meetings… Commissioner Wanda Howey-Fox says an earlier start would be a problem for her… Commissioner Dan Klimisch says they could move faster with better meeting rules.. Commissioners then voted five to zero to keep the start time of their meetings at 6PM. ....
